EyeTV shows channel and program but no video/audio, just a Black Screen.

Anyone have an EyeTV and run into this problem?

I bought it today and connected it to outlet my cable modem used.
Ran the install, updated the software.
It shows the channel names and what program is on but I get no audio or video. Just a black screen.

Any ideas?
