EyeTV Streaming with CoreDuo?

Does anyone know if there is a clever way of doing this to stream TV to your iPhone?

I don't have a Core2Duo so it says I can't stream live video. Is there a way I can convince EyeTV that it'll be ok or is there another work around.

I should have been more clear... It's for streaming to the iPhone. Haha. That's the only use for this feature.
