EyeTV to Apple TV?

I'm going to buy the new apple tv and I have eyetv 3 software. I can't for the life of me find an option to automatically export content into itunes and make them ready for appletv. If I record an HD show, I want to export at same resolution to appletv format or at least itunes format. But I can't see the option there. I only see iPhone, iPad and Toast. I have the latest EyeTV 3.4.2 software.

I have to do this because to my knowledge, AppleTV can ONLY stream from itunes and not any folder on my mac.
