This Forum is about General Apple / Tech Discussion, not general Apple / Apple Tech discussion, right? That's the way I read it, and saw other tech posts, so hopefully I am in the right place.

Anyways, first of all, if you don't know what an EZ-DVD is read about it here: http://science.howstuffworks.com/flexplay.htm

Now, I'm hoping someone out there knows a possible answer to this question. Couldn't a consumer potentionally after watching an EZ-D vacuum seal the dvd and slow down the chemical aging process? If the EZ-D's were priced equal to current rentals, this might be more toruble then it's worth...but is is possible?
