F keys not working properly

Hi there! All the F keys in my Windows XP automatically are functions keys! I mean for instance, if I press F4, it decreases the volume. Holding ctrl,fun,alt while pressing that would not make a difference at all!
Why??

Hi,

In Windows:

Control Panel -> Boot Camp -> Keyboard -> check the only option in this tab, changing the function keys functionality (Use the F1-F12 keys to control software features).
