What is your number? Just started using f.lux on my iPhone 4 and love it at 5300K. Can't wait to try it on my Mac.

I use 3200 at night and wow what a difference it makes. I no long have sore eyes and headaches because of the bright screen.

I could never live without this tweak now that I've been using it a while.

I use f.lux during the day on my MBP, iPad, and iPhone at 5500K to (attempt) to cut down in excess blue light (more than what is found in sunlight) during the daytime.

After sunset, I set f.lux to 2700K (3400K on screens that only go down that far) and put on blue-blocking glasses.

For screens I can't control, I'm thinking about getting some Gunnar glasses.

IDK, I just switch between the named presets and pic one that is comfortable.
Love the app though, a few years ago it got me almost an extra hour of sleep every night. (that was before it came to iOS but still a valid point)
