How can I stop the f8/play/stop button from opening iTunes when I press it in Snow Leopard? I wan't to use it only with Spotify.

elppa macrumors 68040 Nov 26, 2003 3,233 151 Nov 28, 2009 #3 The best solution I have seen is to leave QuickTime X open as a blocker. You could set QuickTime X to open at login. It's irritating and I believe it has been discussed before. I also like to use the transport controls for Spotify.
