Fable: The Lost Chapters(Mac)

I am considering getting Fable for my Macbook, but I'm hearing a lot about issues launching the game?

Does anyone know about this?

I bought this game recently and the launch issue seems to be hit or miss for me. The method I've been using is inserting the game DVD and let it fully load (window pops up in the finder) then start the app.

There have been some occurrences where I will pop in the game disc however, it won't show on my desktop. So I eject and re-insert the disc and all is well.

As long as you are running 1.1 (latest patch) you should be fine.

The current shipping versions already have the 1.1 patch applied. Bought my copy online from the Apple Store a couple months ago. Also have to mention, it's smooth as butter on my 2010 13" MacBook Pro.

The visuals have aged rather well considering this game was on the original Xbox years before.
