Face Book App & iPad Air 2

I'm only new to this forum so forgive me if this is a general complaint.

I bought a new iPad Air 2 that I love but the Face Book App is a disaster for me. Overtime I try to open it, I get a blank white page.

I was wondering if any others have the same problem as I am at my wits end with is.

Guess they think they can do it better

I tried it once on the iPad and went right back to safari. Wish it was easier to use on the phone
