Face-Front Camera

Hi everyone,
My front face camera will not work but the rear camera works perfectly well. I've done a hard reset, restore and rebooted the phone, nothing works. What can I do? Anybody out there can help me out? Please, thank you.

Set up an appointment with the Apple store and have them check it out.

They pretty much rejected to see whats going on.

They shouldn't, unless you are out of warranty?

they said they won't repair it at all. I asked why. they said no. So I just left. I have social anxiety so i don't know what to do.
