This has been happening for a while now and I don't know why...
Before when I would download an app from the App store, it would just ask me to double click the side button and then it would do face recognition and then the app would just start downloading.
NOW, it just doesn't seem to recognize my face anymore. I still double click the side button but when it tries to recognize my face, it just doesn't and it just says "processing" for several minutes (see picture) and then eventually I have to manually enter my password before the app starts downloading.
I also have face recognition to unlock my phone and it works fine. It's also fine when I go to some websites where I would have to login - I use face ID instead.
The only issue is when I'm trying to download an app.. That's when it suddenly stops working. Has this happened to anyone before? Can anyone help me? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks in advance.
