Face Recognition iPhone App

This iPhone app called Skakash (http://igg.me/at/skakash/x/2335954) uses face recognition. First app like that I've heard of since Facebook bought face.com last year. This one recognizes celebrities on TV. Thoughts?

Quick followup. Apple Magazine gave it favorable review, saying it's still in development, but does work. Like "Shazam for celebrities." http://applemagazine.com/skakash-review-shazam-for-celebrities/6328

I wonder why someone big like Shazam hasn't done this already. Google has been buying up face recognition technology and integrating it into Picasa and Google+ (http://money.cnn.com/2011/12/09/technology/google_find_my_face/index.htm) but is being really careful about doing anything to invade people's privacy. It seems like something like Skakash, which only deals with celebrities, doesn't really face the same problems.
