Hi All,
I have an issue in iOS10 on an iPhone 7 and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same behaviour.
When starting a FaceTime call, I usually go the phone app, select a contact from there or pick one from my recently called list press the 'i" button and then select the FaceTime audio option from there.
However, whenever I press that now, it always starts a FaceTime video call. It never used to that in iOS9 on my 6 and then 6S.
It does the same thing if I look up a person in the Contacts app as well.
I have tried a hard reset on my phone and the behaviour is exactly the same
I would very much like to hear from anyone else to ascertain whether this is a bug which I can then report or if it is just an issue on my phone.
I look forward to hearing your responses.
Thanks in advance
Jason
