Facebook and Messenger stuck

Hi everyone, when I downloaded the beta 1, it gave me a pop up that the phone will remove the Facebook and Messenger app, but once the phone is done downloading the iOS it will restore it for me. Well, it has been sitting like this. I can't delete, cancel, or do anything.

Any suggestions?

I did power it down but no hard reset. Let me try that.
Internet speeds I'm unsure but it's not super super fast.
