Facebook app that allows "updates" w/Privacy?

Does anyone know if theres a Facebook app (NOT the FB for iphone app), that allows me to update my status *AND* set my privacy setting to exclude certain people, just like i could do on the desktop? I noticed Friendly FB doesnt have that feature. ..Thanks.
