Anyone knows of facebook application where i could chat with facebook friends and would keep me logged in to it
 
For your computer or iPhone? Why not just use the facebook.com site on your pc?
 
Tweetdeck works well for me. It shows status updates along side my twitter updates. Can't remember if you can update your status though. I'll be sure to look.
 
IM+ 3.0 lets you chat with facebook chat and its push notifications you can always be logged in online.
 
Use Fluid to make a desktop web app of facebook chat. (google Fluid for os x...really useful app)
