Facebook for Ipad 3 on IOS 6 Broken??

Is anyone else having issues with facebook on their ipad 3's?
Both the appstore app and facebook on safari lag upon entering, to the point its unresponsive and just hangs. I have to force close because its unresponsive.
Is this just me? or is everyone else having this problem, it wasn't like this on ios 5.1.1.
