Facebook iOS app - no notifications

Even when I get a notification, nothing shows in the app. This is what I see:

Tried hard reset, deleting/reinstalling FB app, and even with a new notification that comes up on my lock screen, swiping to view it comes up with the same error.

Anybody else getting the same problem or have any ideas how to resolve?

Much appreciated.
