Facebook issue in Safari

I can't scroll down my news feed when accessing facebook in Safari. I see one post, and can't scroll to see more.

I'm using a 2017 MBP w/ Touch Bar. It seems to work in Firefox. What might be causing the issue in Safari?

I had this same thing. After fighting it for several days I Tracked it down to the DashLane Safari plugin.

Once i disabled the plug in, Facebook loaded normally.

What i haven't been able to do is figure out if it was a recent updated to Dashlane, or the last macOS updated combined with Dashlane.
