Facebook Limited Profile

Not sure where to post this as it's not Mac specific, but here goes. I tried understanding facebook's limited profile but it just doesn't make sense. All of the blog post online are out of date since facebook decides to change things every other month it seems.
I want to put certain people on a limited profile view. So they can't see all of my pictures, posts etc. Can this be done? What options do I have?

What I did is to set a user group with limited access.

i still don't understand how to set up a limited profile view for certain people..
