I am not able to do live streams on Facebook live from my phone. The picture is pixelated. My husband has the same phone and it does not happen on his phone. It happens whether I’m inside the house or outside of the house. What can I do to fix this?

Not related but the Facebook devs must be complete idiots, I believe. In the last few versions of the app, usually when I watch a video with HD mode off it has a better image quality than with HD mode on. Go understand... I stopped believing Facebook do things right.
