I just bought an iPhone 6s from cricket wireless for $99 on Black Friday and whenever I receive a message on Messenger, it always says “so and so sent you a message” rather than show the message. I’ve tried turning on show previews in the settings to no avail. What should I do to get message previews back on the lock screen?
