Is there any good solution to dealing with pop-up ads (especially those with sound) on Facebook with Safari? I have a couple of the FB extensions for Safari that say they do that, and they partially do. But you have to x-out the pop-up and if you change pages on FB there they are again. Just wondering. Thanks.

That's interesting. I don't see Pop-up adds on facebook. I use Safari on my Mac, Firefox on my PC and don't have them. Maybe check your approved FB "Apps"?

I don't see any ads either. It's a different story that I have the AdBlock safari extension installed.

My only external apps are for photo uploading. Is there a privacy setting I am missing? I have everything set for "only friends". The pop-ups appear on the right side of the FB page (all pages). I installed AdBlock - how to you configure or see its settings.
