Facebook Settings Question

I keep getting these Facebook video suggestions and have not found a way to disable them. Anyone know? See images for what I am talking about and the settings in my Facebook for video. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

You might want to look for settings related to notifications (in particular anything like "notification dots").

I'd try what C DM says, but don't be surprised if you don't find a fix.

Facebook and by extension, Instagram, love shoving features down the throats of their users that no one wanted. This could just be be one of them with no way to undo it.
