So whenever I go to facebook.com on my current ISP, instead of going to the blue site I know and recongize, it takes me to one of those bull**** sites that give you 'top searched terms' mentions one thousand things like personal loan, finance, car insurance, and such.

How do I fix this and go back to my old facebook? I connected to my neighbour's router and I could log on to facebook perfectly fine on his.

I think your dns servers have been jacked. You can either reset it in your router or look up alternative dns servers like opendns.

How do I reset them. Currently it says that they are 0.0.0.0. Do I press the reset button on the router or do I change the values?

Thanks for your help

You can probably reset the whole router.. make sure you save any isp login information if required.
