Good. Landscape keyboard = too big, fills the screen, slower because I have to move my thumbs more, engages when I don't want it to, and is really irritating.

I hope it never gets screen rotation.
 
Does this fix the camera not opening the graphic shutter to take a snap?

And what are they playing at with the video? Get it implemented already, you're losing uploads to youtube --- or is that the plan!

BUG with new FB update

Wen you delete things from your wall, they'll disappear...but then they reappear next time you open the app.

They used to completely delete. Not with this new update for 3.0 Facebook.
 
I think it's bug fixes too. I had problems with opening messages in inbox after upgrading to 3.0.

They've also called the new version 2.5, surely they'll want 3.0 to match with the new phone software? :)
 
I just did the update. Looks like just bug fixes.

I've had the App lock up a couple of times in the past couple weeks that required a hard reset to get out of. Hope this fixes whatever bug that was.

I would like to see an update that gave me access to all my groups and things that I am a fan of.

In an ideal world, they would also be able to redirect links which you get in messages to the app, like when you receive a link to a photo in messages or on your wall you can't ever view them.

Really irritating..
 
it needs push, video option, and maybe a couple more features like f\able to see fan pages etc
 
The biggest change that this app needs is when you get a notification and click it, it should take you to where the notification came from (comment feed, your wall, etc) instead of the persons profile that made the notification.
 
I think the FaceBook App is a major FAIL!

9 or of 10 times, i can not leave comments, its just says connection error.

If there's a comment on my comment, i can not see it on the app.


I only use it to check up on notifications, otherwise its a complete mess, imho.
 
Am I the only one who experiences this with the Facebook app? First off, the news feed does not match the news feed on the webpage version. There are status updates from friends that I hide but they aren't hidden on the app. Also, the news feed doesn't update fully. The first few entries are new but then the rest is really old. It's really becoming kindof annoying to use. It's fine for updating my status, but even that is of the old style. For example, it assumes the first letter of my status update should be lower case cause that's how it used to be. They haven't yet updated the app for the new look of Facebook?? The new look has been out long enough, dontcha think?

If you know of any way to fix all this, please let me know. As far as I know I have the latest version installed. I update my apps regularly.
 
Yea the facebook app is a mess! They myspace app is great for it just being an app. It does a lot of what the web page would do. Myspace did a great job with their app. But idk, facebook is a little behind...
