iPhone 11 Pro FaceID slow or not working?

Coming from the XS the FaceID was super fast. Set up my 11 pro and it seems that for some reason outside in light (although no direct sun or anything unusual) it’s either very slow or not working at all. Anyone else?
 
Same here believe it’s still learning your face it’ll get faster I believe.
