Hello.
My mom was given iPhone 5, while I have iPhone 6. I've created AppleID for her, though there's one problem with FaceTime. She is able to send me iMessage and do videocall via Contacts, but I am not able to videocall her direcly - need to do it by FaceTime app... Wonder what's is going on?
So far her AppleID was turned off and then turned on again, but it's yet not fixed. Have you got any ideas? Here are our contacts in iPhones.
I've already tried to hold on WhatsApp video call but nothing happens...

The second thing is connected with iMessage for I do not have cellular data, and my mother had sent me a message via iMessage. Therefor I've read it 6h later... Is it somehow possible she can still have turned on iMessage in preferences but with possibility how to send messeges (iMessage or SMS)?

Thank you all!
