FaceTime and iMessage refuse to work.

My iPhone 5 simply refuses to have FaceTime and iMessage work on my phone number and I've literally tried everything i know of, but both work fine on my email addresses.

I have re-installed the firmware and restored to factory settings as well but didn't help.

FaceTime and iMessage worked perfectly fine on this number on my iPhone 4.

I'm on 6.1.2

Also, my number isn't visible on top of the contacts list.
