I can't imagine that I'm the only one with this bug, but I have not found any threads about this strange issue that began after updating my MBP to 10.11.3 (stable build). The FaceTime app randomly opens. Typically it seems to happen if I receive a phone call on my iPhone 6s Plus (running 9.3 Dev. Beta 3) while my MPB is sleeping. Upon resume, after a few seconds the FaceTime app will launch, the green camera LED indicator turns on, and then the app icon bounces in the dock requesting my attention. It gives a message about using my location for emergency calls. I click OK, then I can close FaceTime for the time being, until it happens again. It also happens if I reboot my phone while the Mac is awake. These are not the only times it launches, but I have notices that these steps reproduce the issue almost 100% of the time. I have tried signing out of FaceTime on all devices, signing out of iCloud on all devices, disabling and enabling WiFi Calling again, etc. In a long shot I reset SMC, PRAM, all caches, etc. No change.

I have not been able to figure out what's going on. Has anyone else experienced FaceTime.app launching by itself? Kind of creepy that the camera just turns on whenever it feels like. If anyone has experienced this issue, is there a known fix, or is it fixed in 10.11.4?

Thanks...hoping I'm not the only one going crazy.
