FaceTime Audio/Call thought iPhone menu not movable?

I just got a 2017 MacBook and I noticed when I receive a FaceTime audio call or a phone call and I answer on my Mac the window is not moveable, it is fixed in the position on the screen. This is a hassle because I cannot do anything in this corner while on a call. Attached is a screen shot of the window I am talking about.

Is this fixed for everyone or is it moveable? Any ideas?
