iPhone 13 Pro Max FaceTime audio cut

Hello everyone
I recently purchased a 13 pro max and every time I am on a video call using FaceTime, the other person says my audio drops out sometimes. I don't have a problem using other apps like WhatsApp. I never seem to have any issues with previous phone(XS).
I tried resetting the network settings and deleting and reinstalling FaceTime and it didn't help much. I asked someone at an apple store and they said it's pretty much a software issue.
I was wondering if anyone else has run into the same issue.

I haven't tried cellular video with it yet but I'll check it out.
Strangely, it works fine using audio calls.
