Trying to make a Facetime Audio call on a Mac mini (earbuds with mic plugged in) — when I click the Facetime Audio link on a contact who has an iPhone, it just launches the Facetime app and I get a message that I need to connect a camera to use Facetime. Which makes zero sense since I'm trying to make an audio call. Am I missing something here?

It's not just you, I'm seeing this problem and so is this random guy on the Apple Support Forums. I'm hoping it's an easily fixed bug rather than a "feature"
Broken for me too. Same thing — my mac mini at work and my mac mini at home will not do Facetime Audio without complaining that I need a camera. Lame.
