FaceTime Audio window can not be minimized

Hi guys. is it a mistake that you can not minimize the FaceTime Audio window located on the top right? or is this a wanted function?

At that time you could minimize the window, but I can not remember which version

What do you say to that?

I noticed the behavior in High Sierra and also in Mojave.

I find it very annoying. The window hides some important areas for example the Favorites bar in Safari.
