the face time button on my iphone 4 is missing. tried th restrictions enable and disable settings.. really dosn help. is there any other way other than restoring my phone. pls help!

go into settings>phone is facetime turned on? underneath does it say waiting for activation? If so turn on wifi then go into settings>phone>show my caller ID and turn it to off. Then turn off the phone and turn it back on, go into settings>phone>show my caller id and turn it on. See if that works
