FaceTime button not showing up in Phone / Contacts app

I cannot see the FaceTime button for one my contacts on my iPhone.

I can FaceTime that person just fine on an iMessage thread in Messages or using Siri.

It’s just on this one person where the FaceTime button won’t show in the contacts app. Anyone else having the issue?
