iPhone FaceTime camera freezes when receding a FaceTime call

Basically if I am in another app and I receive a FaceTime call it will show my camera and then freeze. Has anyone else run into this? A reboot does generally fix it for a bit
 
Which device and what iOS/iPadOS version? Is rebooting the only troubleshooting step you've done so far?
