Facetime Connection failure on ios/Mac!

I have latest ios 7 and mac os x updates. Still can't get facetime to connect -- just get a connection failure message. I tried turning facetime on/off, tried different people who had facetime, tried facetiming from mac to different ios phones/ipad i own, etc. Still nothing.

Please help!
