iPhone 11 Pro FaceTime Echo/Noise

Anyone else on the iPhone 11 Pro experiencing a bad echo, background noise on FaceTime calls? I’ve tried both mine and my Wife’s iPhone 11 Pro with others using FaceTime and seems both our phones have the issue. The person on the other end also complains of hearing their own voice.

When switching to my iPad, there is no issue.

YESSSS! It also seems that this is a new, undiscovered issue! I attempted contacting Apple Tech Support and was actually told “We don’t know what is going on.”

oh glad we are not the only ones then! I will also contact Apple Tech support

UPDATE: I somewhat found the cause of my problem, unfortunately, I won’t be much help. It turns out that the issue only occurs when I talk to my partner (he was an old 7 Plus). I was finally able to try calling someone who also has the 11 Pro and the call sounded better than crystal clear.

My wife and I both have PMs and I hear the echo when she uses speakerphone.
