FaceTime from Macbook pro to iphone 4

i cant facetime to an iphone 4 from my macbook pro 2011 13inch.

checked the wi-fi connection, it said i was connected, and the iphone also said it was connected to wi-fi.

it rings from the macbook but it wont connect to the iphone, then the iphone rings but it wont connect to the macbook.

what should i do?

Turn air plane off/on on your iPhone 4. Then try a hard restart if that does not work.

If your phone is jailbroken, you could also download 3G unrestrictor and you'd be able to facetime over 3g.
