Recently a friend facetimed me and queried my FaceTime email address and i was confused as it wasn't mine? Then this week I received a call from someone else saying I was using their email address on FaceTime?!?! Our email addresses had been swapped!!! I'm wondering if my iPhone has been hacked and also my iTunes account which has the same email address. Any help appreciated. o_O

It may have been a simple mistake but it pays not to take chances. As for your iTunes account, someone would have to know your password to hack into it, not just your email address (assuming that's the same as your Apple ID). You should immediately change the password to your iTunes account and turn on two factor authentication.
