facetime help

ok need help with facetime

i called my parents on their mac and it rang but when they answer it nothing.. my ipad keeps ringing same when i call their ipad or iphone.. is it because my ipads jb'ed?

also i tried to call my girlfriends iphone which was right next to me tried calling and nothing even popped up...

and the iphone wont even pop up on their mac... any ideas?

ipad 2 is only thing jb'ed

Facetime issues

Hi!

I had a frustrating experience with facetime. Whenever I try to make calls using my ipad 2 via facetime which is never jail braked calling an iphone 4...i always get disconnected and vice versa. I can only do video calling for 2 minutes. Both of us are using wifi connection with strong signal. I don't know what happened...
