Facetime & iMessage stuck varifying [RESOLVED]

When I go into settings > iMessage / facetime, and my number says varifying, however my email address has registered with the device.

Anyone have any suggestions how to get the number varified?

EDIT: Resolved, turned them both off, reset network settings, then back on again.

You could try going to the below site and clicking on "Manage your account":

https://appleid.apple.com/

If your account isn't "verified", you should have the option to send yourself a verification email.

My Apple ID is already verified.

Its my phone number thats stuck verifying???
