Facetime Issue

I'm having a considerable amount of problems with facetime. I'm assuming it's due to me jailbreaking prior to the "Updated" release of jailbreak. Anyways, to explain: I jailbroke and eventually unlocked with ultrasn0w and have been having connectivity issues ever since. I'm currently restoring in hopes a new jailbreak will alleviate all my issues. I go into settings and turn facetime on, and it keeps saying activation unsuccessful.

Are you on tmobile? If so, dont know if facetime works. If youre on ATT, did you open Cydia and update it?

I'm att, i've reinstalled IOS and just jailbroke. reinstalling has fixed my issue.
