FaceTime issues

I jailbroke my iPhone 4 some time ago. Never really used FaceTime....Now that I want to use it it says it says "activation unsuccessful- turn on facetime to try again".... The button used to be there in the contacts and when I called someone but it would fail... Now the button isn't there and can't even get the button back up.

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

I have iPhone software 4.0.1...Jailbroke a long time ago using JailbreakMe...

P.S- I'm sorry if this has been discussed already but I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.
