FaceTime keeps Freezing and Crackling from start of call

Hi guys,

I have tried everything restarting iPhone, router changing DNS does anyone have an idea of what the issue could be?
 
Anything else connected to the router sucking all the bandwidth? This happened me but I realised I also had DCUO connected too. After turning it off FaceTime works perfectly!
