Facetime missed calls issue

On my iphone 6 ios8.0.2 i can't get rid of the bubbles notifications that tells me i have missed calls....even if i go check them, after i quit app the bubbles with number of miss calls are still there.
On my ipad air ios8.0.2 i don't have this issue, neither on my Macs
So kind of strange that only occurs on my iphone 6

Restart the phone.

tried, i even tried to off the notification, but still
eventually i delete the missed call from the facetime app and fixed

i hope they fix in iOS8.1
