FaceTime not going through sometimes?

Lately I have been trying to facetime and it would call but instantly say called failed and the green button would come up to call back. This happen to anyone else or know how to fix it?

Just a random error I'd presume.

My girlfriend and I were at my house (so on the same Wi-Fi network) and neither one of us could get it to work initially. We hung up and called each other a second, then a third time and it finally worked.

My only solution I guess is try calling again?
