Facetime not working (Iphone 5) Tried everything

Hi everyone, I have a problem with an iphone 5 with facetime not working. I tried many things. Done a reset of the phone. Made sure that everything is activated....facetime, data etc. Nothing seems to work.
Do you have any other suggestion?

What iOS version do you have on the phone?

What exactly happens when you try to use FaceTime?
