FaceTime on 3G

I remember reading at some point that FaceTime was going to be allowed over 3G with iOS 5. I can't remember if this was a rumor or if this was fact. If you know, I'd appreciate your responses!

I knew it was a carrier decision, but didn't know if they had yet allowed it. =( Thanks for your thoughts!
